At P•TAL, we take pride in the artisanal craftsmanship of our brass, copper, and kansa products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our returns portal or email our support team with your order ID and photographs of the product within 7 days of receipt.

  Quality Evaluation

  Our team will review your request to ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging; once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup.

  Reverse Pickup

  A courier partner will collect the package from your doorstep; please ensure the product is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  Upon receiving the item at our warehouse and passing a final quality check, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement.
